Product Manager

About the role

Pave Bank is building modern financial infrastructure across payments, banking, trading and digital asset services. We are looking for a Product Manager who thrives in ambiguity, can translate complex business problems into executable product outcomes, and help shape new business verticals from the ground up.

Key responsibilities

• Drive cross‑functional product execution by partnering with leadership, operations, compliance, partnerships and engineering to shape and launch new capabilities.
• Translate business needs, operational workflows and strategic goals into clear product requirements, API designs, tooling and user experiences.
• Work across multiple financial domains such as cross‑border payments, banking infrastructure, trading and liquidity products, and treasury workflows.
• Identify new product opportunities, contribute to business cases, market sizing and go‑to‑market strategies, and evaluate commercial viability.

Required profile

• Strong product and business judgment with ability to break down ambiguous problems into structured execution plans.
• Commercial mindset and curiosity about how financial products create value.
• Technical fluency to collaborate with backend and infrastructure teams, understand APIs and system dependencies, and discuss trade‑offs with engineers.
• Adaptability to fast‑moving environments, shifting priorities and switching contexts across financial domains.
• Clear written and verbal communication, capable of aligning senior stakeholders around priorities.
