Production Line Leader – Manufacturing & Server Hard Drives

About the role

We are seeking motivated Production Line Leaders to oversee manufacturing of server and hard‑drive components for a US‑based multinational. You will guide a team of associates, ensure production targets are met, and uphold quality and safety standards on the shop floor.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate production associates to achieve daily output, quality and efficiency goals.
• Monitor product quality during production and promptly report any issues to management.
• Conduct daily team briefings and provide performance reports.
• Perform assembly operations on complex components across multiple production areas.
• Suggest and support process‑improvement initiatives and new product introductions.
• Ensure equipment is well‑maintained and operating effectively.
• Train and mentor associates on proper production processes and operational skills.
• Support onboarding, cross‑training and workforce management activities.
• Maintain 5S standards, good housekeeping and workplace safety.

Required profile

• Team‑leader experience in a fast‑paced manufacturing or production environment.
• Ability to investigate production or quality issues and support corrective actions.
• Strong reporting, problem‑solving and computer skills.
• Good understanding of company processes and procedures.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications
• Knowledge of 5S workplace organization
