Production Manager

About the role

Live Nation is launching a purpose‑built 3,000‑seat live music venue in Singapore. Reporting to the Head of Venue Technology, the Production Manager will lead the technical advance, coordination and delivery of all shows, ensuring seamless integration of touring and in‑house productions with the venue’s audio, lighting, video, LED and broader production infrastructure.

Key responsibilities

• Support pre‑opening activities: system handover, snagging, documentation and operational readiness.
• Develop technical packs, advance templates, setup sheets and show‑day procedures.
• Advance shows with promoters and production teams, reviewing riders, plans and venue compatibility.
• Provide technical feasibility advice to bookings and event operations.
• Lead on‑site coordination from load‑in to load‑out, supervising the AV partner and freelance technicians.
• Manage live technical response, make critical decisions under pressure and ensure safety and compliance with sound limits.

Required profile

• Strong technical background in live event production.
• Hands‑on ability to assess requirements, troubleshoot and make show‑critical decisions.
• Experience coordinating freelance crews and external AV partners.
• Excellent communication with artists, promoters and internal teams.
