Production Operator

About the role

Rockwell Automation is seeking a Production Operator to join its Singapore manufacturing site on a 12‑month fixed‑term contract. You will work on a diverse range of electronic and electro‑mechanical assembly tasks, supporting the production of high‑tech components for global customers.

Key responsibilities

• Perform electronic and electro‑mechanical assembly operations on assemblies or sub‑assemblies.
• Follow defined methods for wiring, component installation, hand soldering and cable harnessing.
• Set up equipment and make adjustments while maintaining blueprint tolerances.
• Execute production tasks based on process sheets or supervisor instructions.
• Inspect completed work against predetermined tolerances and quality standards.

Required profile

• Minimum secondary education.
• Ability to work day‑shift (12‑hour) on a rotating schedule (4 days work, 3 days rest).
• At least 1 year of operator experience in an SMT environment (preferred).
• Willingness to commit to a 12‑month contract with possible renewal or conversion.
