About the role
Sealed Air is seeking a Production Operator to manufacture quality packaging products efficiently, meeting market demand while adhering to budgeted costs. The role involves operating and setting up manufacturing equipment in a fast‑paced production environment.
Key responsibilities
- Set up equipment feed, speed, and temperature and ensure proper operation of conventional and CNC manufacturing machines.
- Operate CNC equipment for tasks such as cutting, punching, forming, drilling, tapping, turning, milling and stamping to fabricate parts from raw materials.
- Select and measure raw materials and components to specifications, preparing them for production processing.
- Resolve issues related to production, machinery, processing, and packaging operations to maintain smooth workflow.
Required skills
- CNC equipment operation
- Cutting, punching, forming, drilling, tapping, turning, milling, stamping processes
- Equipment setup and parameter adjustment
- Measurement of raw materials and parts to specifications
