Production Supervisor (12hrs Rotating Shift)

About the role

As a Production Supervisor you will lead a 12‑hour rotating shift, managing personnel, executing the production plan and ensuring safety, quality and output targets are achieved in real time.

Key responsibilities

• Drive production output to meet targets while maintaining smooth work‑in‑process flow and maximizing equipment capacity.
• Monitor and improve yield and quality, promoting corrective actions when needed.
• Allocate manpower effectively, enforce discipline and maintain productivity across shifts.
• Support continuous‑improvement initiatives to boost efficiency and performance.
• Ensure audit readiness and compliance with EHS standards, fostering a safe and green workplace.
• Optimize resource utilization through multi‑skill training and workforce development.
• Contribute to production planning to increase throughput and equipment utilisation.
• Promote a positive work environment through strong human‑resource management practices.

Required profile

• Diploma or degree in Engineering, Industrial/Manufacturing, Electronics, Mechanical or related technical field.
• 2–5 years of experience in high‑volume manufacturing; semiconductor, electronics or clean‑room/automated environment preferred.
• Strong communication, coaching and conflict‑handling abilities.
• Capability to organise manpower, assign tasks and manage breaks while maintaining output.
• Willingness to work in a 24/7 rotating shift schedule, including weekends and nights.
