Professional Driving Trainer – Full-Time (Office Hours)

About the role

We are seeking a passionate Professional Driving Trainer to deliver safe and responsible driving education. The role is full‑time with regular office hours and no shift work, allowing you to focus on coaching learners and shaping confident drivers.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver engaging practical and theoretical driving lessons.
• Create personalized training programmes that match each learner’s needs.
• Provide constructive feedback, monitor progress and celebrate achievements.
• Maintain a safe, supportive learning environment and uphold all traffic laws.
• Stay updated on the latest training techniques and participate in continuous professional development.

Required profile

• Minimum Class 3 driving licence (Class 4 preferred; Class 2/2B acceptable with Class 3).
• At least three years of driving experience with a clean record (≤ 6 demerit points).
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Positive, can‑do attitude and ability to work under pressure.

Required skills

• Valid Class 3 driving licence (Class 4 preferred).
• Thorough knowledge of traffic laws and safety regulations.
