Programme Advisor – Mandarin Enrichment Centre

About the role

You will be the front‑line contact for parents and students at Youle Mandarin, a fast‑growing Mandarin enrichment centre for children aged 1 to 12. The role blends customer service, student recruitment, and administrative coordination to ensure smooth daily operations.

Key responsibilities

• Handle customer inquiries, nurture relationships, and maintain teachers’ and students’ attendance records.
• Drive student recruitment and enrolment while planning and organising class schedules.
• Generate daily reports on enquiries, enrolments, attendance and other operational statistics.
• Support routine administrative tasks required for centre operations.

Required profile

• Proven ability to convert enquiries into sales and enrolments.
• Fluent in both Mandarin and English.
• Willingness to work weekends.
• Motivated, self‑starting team player with a positive attitude.
• Comfortable multitasking in a fast‑paced environment.
• Marketing competency is essential.
• Prior teaching or preschool enrichment experience is a plus.
• Bookkeeping knowledge is advantageous.
• Potential for promotion to Centre Manager based on performance.
