Project Administrator

About the role

We are seeking a Project Administrator to join our Building Department and support a newly secured Facilities Management contract. The role will involve coordinating maintenance requests, liaising with clients and subcontractors, and maintaining accurate records in our facilities management system. You will work closely with the project team to ensure timely service delivery and client satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor and update maintenance requests using the Facilities Management System.
• Coordinate with clients and subcontractors on the status and progress of maintenance works.
• Record, update and close maintenance requests in the system.
• Generate reports for internal tracking and client reporting.
• Monitor subcontractors' response times and work completion.
• Follow up with subcontractors to ensure service standards and timelines are met.
• Assist in preparing regular reports for clients.
• Provide general administrative support to the project team.

Required profile

• GCE O Level, NITEC, Higher NITEC, Diploma or equivalent.
• At least 1 year of administrative, project coordination or related experience.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
