Project Architect

About the role

We are seeking a proactive Project Architect to lead the design and delivery of diverse projects, including industrial developments. The role involves close collaboration with stakeholders, managing permitting processes, and ensuring projects progress smoothly from concept to handover.

Key responsibilities

• Engage and coordinate with project stakeholders to gather design and permitting inputs, ensuring timely and high‑quality deliverables.
• Organise and supervise site inspections and obtain necessary authority clearances.
• Manage the full project lifecycle, from initial design through to handover, including authority submissions, procurement preparation, and detailed documentation.

Required profile

• Enthusiastic individual with strong team spirit.
• Recognised university degree in Architecture.
• Minimum 5 years of post‑graduate experience in schematic design, design development, tender documentation, and project administration across various scales and typologies.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating relevant project work.
• Ability to work independently without supervision.
• Good knowledge of local building codes, regulations, and authority compliance requirements.
• Candidates with extensive experience may be considered for senior‑level positions; non‑QP candidates may be offered an Executive (Architectural) role.
