Project Claims & Documentation Intern

About the role

This internship offers hands‑on exposure to project billing, variation orders and progress claims within a leading underground utilities infrastructure company. You will work closely with project and site teams to support claim preparation and document management.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in preparing and processing project billings, variation orders (VOs) and progress claims.
• Organise project documentation and maintain accurate records.
• Coordinate with site and project teams to follow up on payment status.
• Support the documentation workflow for underground infrastructure projects.

Required profile

• Fresh graduate or current undergraduate eager to learn.
• Interest in site operations and project documentation.
• Strong communication, teamwork and attention to detail.
