Project Coordinator

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Project Coordinator to support our IT service delivery across Singapore. You will work closely with internal teams and external vendors to ensure project requests are documented, approved, and executed on time.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate and track project service requests, maintaining proper documentation and approvals.
• Manage user account provisioning, modification, suspension, and deactivation.
• Handle Active Directory, security groups, distribution lists, and access requests.
• Coordinate mailbox, shared mailbox, SMTP relay, email access, and routing requests.
• Support endpoint provisioning, software installation, certificates, and asset tracking.
• Maintain project/request trackers and provide regular status and progress reports.
• Follow up with internal teams and external vendors to ensure timely completion.
• Escalate overdue requests, risks, and issues to relevant stakeholders.
• Maintain accurate records for audit, compliance, and governance purposes.
• Support project execution, user onboarding/off‑boarding, and operational readiness activities.

Required profile

• Diploma in IT, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 2–3 years of experience in administration, project coordination, or IT support.
• Basic knowledge of Active Directory, email services, endpoint administration, and IT processes.
• Strong coordination, documentation, reporting, and stakeholder management skills.
• Detail‑oriented, organised, proactive, and able to work independently.
