Project Coordinator / Project Manager (Event Industry)

About the role

CT Audio Visual Singapore is looking for a motivated Project Coordinator / Project Manager to lead live‑event and AV projects across the Asia‑Pacific region. You will manage client relationships, oversee technical execution, and ensure successful delivery from brief to on‑site completion.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate and deliver events from initial brief through on‑site execution and close‑out.
• Act as the primary client contact throughout the project lifecycle.
• Prepare budgets, quotations and monitor costs.
• Recommend technical solutions and compile Audio, Visual & Lighting equipment lists.
• Produce technical layouts and drawings using CAD/Vectorworks (advantageous).
• Manage freelance crew, logistics, transport and on‑site substitutions.
• Supervise set‑up and tear‑down, ensuring smooth execution.
• Generate project paperwork, risk assessments, method statements and submit permits.
• Liaise with internal teams, venues, vendors and third‑party contractors.
• Travel across the region as required and be available after hours during active periods.

Required profile

• Experience in live events, AV production or technical project coordination.
• Strong organisational skills and ability to work independently and within a fast‑paced team.
• Resourceful, detail‑oriented and comfortable handling multiple projects simultaneously.

Required skills

• Solid knowledge of AVL (Audio, Visual, Lighting) systems.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Working knowledge of CAD software, preferably Vectorworks.
