Project Coordinator – Sales & Technical Services

About the role

The Coordinator will act as the primary support partner for the Sales Manager and Technical Service team, ensuring smooth project execution from start to finish. This junior‑level role is based in Singapore and involves close interaction with customers, engineers, and internal stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Support the Sales Manager in project profitability, commercial control and delivery.
• Allocate engineers with the Technical Service team based on scope, timeline and customer needs.
• Manage customer expectations through proactive communication and status updates.
• Coordinate logistics for local and overseas projects, including terminal access, travel, accommodation and visa arrangements.
• Liaise with Workshop, Product Centre, Purchasing, Finance and other internal teams to ensure seamless service execution.
• Prepare and process Sales Quotations, Sales Orders, Purchase Orders and Delivery Notes in line with company procedures.
• Maintain accurate commercial documentation and support invoicing, cost posting and KPI reporting in SAP Business One.
• Monitor project costs, address overruns and ensure contribution margin targets are met.
