Project Costing & Customer Service Manager

About the role

We are seeking a detail‑oriented Project Costing & Customer Service Manager to drive accurate project costing, financial reporting and tender support while delivering high‑quality service to our clients. The role works closely with project, finance and operations teams to ensure cost transparency and timely response to customer enquiries.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare project cost estimates, quotations and detailed costing analysis.
• Monitor project expenses, track financial performance against budgets and highlight cost variances.
• Produce regular cost and management reports for internal review.
• Support tender processes by gathering costing information, maintaining tender records and following up on submissions.
• Handle customer enquiries, maintain CRM data and ensure timely follow‑up on quotations and project matters.
• Coordinate with internal teams to resolve outstanding customer issues and maintain strong relationships.

Required profile

• Diploma or degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, Project Management or a related field.
• Relevant experience in project costing, financial reporting, tender administration or customer service.
• Strong numerical and analytical abilities with high attention to detail.
• Effective communication and customer‑service skills.
