Project Engineer – Construction & Civil Engineering

About the role

The Company is seeking a Project Engineer to support the delivery of civil engineering and infrastructure projects in Singapore. You will work closely with the Project Manager to ensure projects are executed on schedule, within budget, and to the required safety and quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Assist the Project Manager in monitoring project progress, budget, contractual and safety compliance.
• Ensure site works follow design specifications and authority requirements.
• Prepare and submit drawings, material lists, and documentation to consultants for approval.
• Review working drawings, identify discrepancies and coordinate resolutions.
• Maintain inspection records for works, materials and completed activities.
• Track variations, claims and cost impacts, providing feedback to the Project Manager.
• Implement cost‑control measures to meet project budgets.
• Coordinate site activities with all stakeholders and resolve on‑site issues.
• Perform any ad‑hoc duties as assigned.

Required profile

• PEB/BCA‑recognised degree in Civil Engineering.
• Minimum 3 years of on‑site experience in civil engineering and infrastructure projects in Singapore.
• Class 3 driving licence is advantageous.

Required skills

• Proficiency in MS Project.
• Experience with Primavera scheduling software.
• Knowledge of BIM processes.
• Competence in AutoCAD.
