Project Management Intern – Business Operations

About the role

The Business Operations Intern – Project Management role gives you exposure to all business and operational aspects of a deep‑tech startup. You will support business growth through pre‑project engagement, project execution and post‑project support while working closely with the Business, Operations and Management teams.

Key responsibilities

• Assist the Project Manager in project preparation, execution and close‑out to ensure timely, on‑budget delivery with high quality.
• Facilitate coordination among internal and external stakeholders, track progress, update status and maintain documentation.
• Support the Operations Team by allocating resources, managing external vendors and handling mini‑projects under supervision.
• Lead or support initiatives to improve operational excellence from ideation to rollout.
• Assist the Business Team to ensure smooth revenue generation through pre‑ and post‑project customer support.

Required profile

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organisational abilities with capacity to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Self‑directed learner who can work both independently and collaboratively.
• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s programme in Business Operations, Engineering or a related field.
