Project Manager – AI Infrastructure & GPU Clusters

About the role

We are looking for a Project Manager to lead AI infrastructure and GPU cluster initiatives across the APAC region. You will be responsible for end‑to‑end delivery, coordinating internal teams, vendors, and NVIDIA ecosystem partners to ensure successful project outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, schedule, and monitor AI infrastructure and GPU cluster projects from inception to production handover.
• Define scope, milestones, deliverables, roles, responsibilities, and acceptance criteria; maintain comprehensive project plans.
• Manage critical paths, resources, dependencies, risks, issues, and changes, ensuring timely stakeholder actions.
• Coordinate with data‑center, vendor, and NVIDIA partner teams to keep projects on track.
• Track hardware procurement, transportation, installation, and readiness of racks, power, cooling, cabling, and networking.
• Lead project meetings, drive system integration, cluster validation, performance testing, issue resolution, and handover to operations.
• Provide regular status updates to customers and management, supporting on‑site delivery across APAC.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Management, Computer Science, Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of technical project management experience with proven scope, schedule, risk, and stakeholder management.
• Fluent in both Chinese and English, able to lead meetings and produce documentation in both languages.
• Demonstrated ability to coordinate across departments, companies, or regions and drive multi‑vendor projects.
• Strong ownership mindset and ability to handle multiple concurrent projects.

Required skills

• Jira, Microsoft Project, Smartsheet (or similar project‑management tools).
• Understanding of AI infrastructure architectures, GPU clusters, servers, GPUs, DPUs, storage systems, and data‑center infrastructure.
• Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Oracle Cloud, Microsoft Azure, or Google Cloud.
• Familiarity with NVIDIA Cloud Partners, NVIDIA Partner Network, OEMs, and system integrators.
