About the role
We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead Civil, Structural and Architectural (CSA) works on site. You will be responsible for delivering projects on time, within budget and to the required quality standards while ensuring safety and regulatory compliance.
Key responsibilities
- Manage and oversee Civil, Structural & Architectural (CSA) works on site.
- Ensure project completion within schedule, budget and quality standards.
- Coordinate with consultants, subcontractors and internal teams.
- Monitor progress, resolve site issues and conduct site meetings.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and authority requirements.
Required profile
- Degree in Civil Engineering, Building or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years' experience in building construction projects.
Required skills
What we offer
- Competitive salary range of SGD 6,500 – 8,000 per month.
- Standard working hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30 am – 5:45 pm; alternate Saturday, 8:30 am – 12:30 pm.
