Project Manager – Cloud

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead end‑to‑end delivery of private cloud initiatives. You will coordinate cross‑functional teams, manage vendor relationships, and ensure projects meet timelines, quality standards, and compliance requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Develop detailed project plans with clear timelines, deliverables, and success criteria.
• Manage the full project lifecycle from requirements gathering through design, implementation, testing, deployment, and post‑go‑live support.
• Track progress, report to leadership, manage risks, and resolve issues.
• Serve as the primary contact for internal and external stakeholders, facilitating coordination between engineering, operations, cybersecurity, and business units.
• Collaborate with solution architects and engineering teams to ensure technical alignment with private‑cloud standards.
• Coordinate vendors, cloud service providers, and third‑party integrators, balancing resources and workloads.
• Oversee compliance with data sovereignty, privacy, security, and enterprise policies.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience managing IT infrastructure or software deployment projects, with at least 3 years in cloud environments.
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification preferred.
• Proven ability to work in both agile and waterfall (or hybrid) delivery models.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and stakeholder‑engagement skills.

Required skills

• Private‑cloud technologies: OpenStack, VMware, Kubernetes, Red Hat, Nutanix.
• Infrastructure‑as‑Code tools: Ansible, Terraform.
• Containers and CI/CD integration.
• Identity management and compliance frameworks.
