Project Manager – Construction (Jurong/Islandwide)

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead construction projects across Jurong and islandwide locations in Singapore. You will be responsible for delivering projects on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee the completion of construction projects, ensuring adherence to schedule, budget, and quality.
• Lead a team of professional and technical staff in daily operations.
• Communicate clearly with clients, consultants, authorities, and subcontractors.
• Manage subcontractors to meet schedule and quality requirements.
• Regularly review construction progress and conduct status meetings with all parties.

Required profile

• Degree in Civil or Structural Engineering recognised by PEB or BCA.
• 5 to 7 years of relevant construction project management experience.
• DSTA experience is preferred.
• Strong leadership and communication abilities.
• Will report directly to the Project Director.
