Project Manager – Data Centre Construction

About the role

Linesight is seeking a Project Manager to lead large‑scale data centre construction projects. You will work with diverse, experienced teams, taking ownership of project delivery from planning through handover while ensuring safety, quality and client satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end delivery of data centre construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget and to high quality standards.
• Monitor daily field activities, coordinate information flow, and report on progress, quality and safety issues.
• Lead on‑site, assess progress, enforce safe work practices and act as the visible point of contact for all stakeholders.
• Coordinate snagging activities with clients, consultants and contractors, managing schedules and partner engagement.
• Identify and resolve issues proactively, implement and monitor project processes, and drive continuous improvements.
• Lead key meetings, track variations and delays, and communicate impacts to partners.

Required profile

• Proven project management experience, preferably within the data centre sector.
• Degree or equivalent experience in construction, engineering or a related discipline.
• Project management professional certification or willingness to obtain one.
• Detail‑oriented, quality‑focused and excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong collaborative mindset and ability to build relationships with teams and clients.
