Project Manager – Delivery & Resourcing

About the role

This is a delivery and resourcing role at the centre of how work moves across N4 Studio’s global studio. You will keep visibility on every active project, balance workload across a distributed team, and ensure nothing slips through the cracks.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain the Project Management tool (Productive) with accurate task estimates and updates.
• Assign incoming tasks from CS/PM teams, balancing workload across the global studio.
• Monitor capacity to prevent overload or under‑resourcing and stage work correctly in Productive.
• Send out and chase delivery updates, maintaining real‑time visibility of progress, pending items, and risks.
• Communicate delivery status clearly to the Delivery Lead and the wider team.
• Own Productive hygiene as the source of truth for the delivery pipeline.
• Identify and implement process improvements for tracking and workload reconciliation.
• Escalate capacity issues and delivery risks early.
• Support account teams with accurate status reporting when needed.
• As you grow, load content into Webflow sites, perform occasional QA/testing, and make placement decisions for design/development work.

• Strong organisational skills with a focus on detail and follow‑up.
• Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, globally distributed environment.
• Ability to take direction from the Delivery Lead and act independently as trust builds.
