Project Manager – ECM (OpenText & Documentum) – Contract

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead enterprise content management initiatives using OpenText and EMC Documentum platforms. This contract role will support government and private sector clients across Singapore, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Develop comprehensive project plans, resource schedules, and align them with client objectives.
• Monitor project progress, financials, and operational efficiency while maintaining strict documentation protocols.
• Implement risk management and quality assurance measures throughout the project lifecycle.
• Lead all implementation phases, coordinating cross‑functional teams to meet deadlines and budget targets.
• Collaborate with sales to craft tailored solution proposals and act as a trusted advisor to clients.
• Maintain proactive communication with internal stakeholders and clients to ensure satisfaction and engagement.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related field.
• PMP or CITPM certification is mandatory.
• 4‑5 years of experience, including at least 2 years on government projects and 3 years in IT project management.
• Strong leadership, mentorship ability, and a results‑driven mindset.
