Project Manager – Fire Protection Systems

About the role

We are looking for a knowledgeable and self‑driven Project Manager to join our growing team. The role is responsible for the design, coordination and implementation of fire protection systems – fire alarm, sprinkler, dry riser, hose reel – ensuring compliance with Singapore fire safety regulations and project requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Design and review fire protection systems in line with SCDF/FSSD regulations, Singapore Fire Code and project specifications.
• Coordinate M&E and fire protection services with consultants, architects and other trades.
• Prepare and submit fire safety plans, calculations and documentation to FSSD for approval.
• Conduct site inspections to verify installation meets design intent and standards, and support the site team with technical advice.
• Assist in preparation of O&M manuals, as‑built drawings and provide technical support for tenders and variation claims.

Required skills

• Fire protection system design and coordination.
• Knowledge of SCDF/FSSD regulations and Singapore Fire Code.
• Familiarity with NFPA standards and SS CPs.
• Preparation of fire safety plans and submission documentation.
