Project Manager – HDB Construction Projects

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead HDB upgrading projects across Singapore. You will be responsible for planning, coordinating and delivering construction works from start to finish while ensuring compliance with quality, safety and regulatory standards.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, manage and oversee HDB construction projects from commencement to completion.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors, suppliers and authorities to ensure smooth execution.
• Monitor schedule, progress, budget, quality and safety requirements.
• Maintain accurate project documentation and records.
• Attend site meetings, provide progress updates and resolve issues promptly.
• Ensure work complies with specifications, contract terms and regulatory standards.
• Identify project risks and implement mitigation measures.
• Monitor subcontractor performance and enforce schedule and quality standards.

Required profile

• Degree in Civil Engineering, Building or Construction Management or related discipline.
• Minimum 3 years of project management experience on HDB construction projects (preferred).
• Proven ability to manage construction projects from planning through completion.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
