Project Manager - IT Infrastructure & Security

About the role

NCS, an AI tech services company and subsidiary of the Singtel Group, is hiring a Project Manager in Singapore. The role manages complex client projects across IT infrastructure, cybersecurity and emerging technology, coordinating them end to end on time, within budget and scope while embedding security best practices and AI-driven methods.

Key responsibilities

• Lead delivery of IT infrastructure, security and technology transformation projects from initiation to closure, managing scope, schedule, budget, quality and risk
• Develop project plans, milestones, risk registers, governance frameworks and change management strategies with stakeholders, business users, architects and technical teams
• Run daily execution including deployment, migration, testing, integration and implementation, and control scope with change control
• Oversee project finances (P&L, forecasting, budget compliance, resource allocation) and escalate issues to project directors and steering committees
• Ensure project documentation meets customer requirements, quality processes, industry standards and regulations
• Deploy and integrate security technologies (firewalls, VPN, IDS/IPS, SIEM, DLP, endpoint protection) and ensure compliance with ISO 27001, NIST and CIS Controls
• Coordinate vulnerability assessments, penetration testing, patch management, incident response and security awareness
• Use AI-powered project management tools and stay current with AI trends in project management and cybersecurity
• Act as the main contact for clients and stakeholders, prepare materials for steering committees and executives, negotiate with vendors and subcontractors, and coach and mentor team members

Required profile

• PMP certification or equivalent required
• Minimum 5 years of IT project management experience, with a strong focus on infrastructure and/or cybersecurity projects
• Experience in regulated industries such as defence
• Proven track record delivering large-scale, complex technology projects involving deployment, migration, integration and transformation
• Willingness to travel to client sites and project locations as required

Required skills

• Enterprise infrastructure: networks, servers, storage, virtualization, cloud platforms and data centers
• Security technologies: firewalls, VPN, IDS/IPS, SIEM, DLP, vulnerability management, incident response, penetration testing, OS hardening and security frameworks
• Certifications in cybersecurity (CISSP, CISM, CEH) or infrastructure (ITIL, cloud) are highly valued
