Project Manager

About the role

Warees Investments is seeking a full‑time Project Manager to lead end‑to‑end real estate and asset development initiatives. Based in Singapore, you will coordinate planning, scheduling, budgeting and stakeholder engagement to deliver projects that align with the company’s social‑impact mandate.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee the complete project lifecycle for commercial, residential and institutional developments.
• Develop and maintain detailed project schedules, budgets and progress reports.
• Conduct site inspections and ensure compliance with regulatory and organisational standards.
• Coordinate with contractors, consultants and vendors to resolve issues and expedite critical deliverables.
• Track risks, prepare analytical reports and support decision‑making processes.
• Promote continuous improvement in project management practices.

Required profile

• Degree, Post‑Graduate Diploma or Professional Degree in Property Development, Real Estate Management, Engineering or a related field.
• Strong interpersonal and communication abilities with the capacity to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Analytical and critical thinking skills to evaluate problems and propose solutions.
• Highly independent, fast‑learning, resilient and positive attitude.
• Team‑player mindset.
