Project Manager

About the role

The Project Manager will lead the planning, coordination, and execution of property development projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to scope. You will act as the primary liaison between internal teams, vendors, architects, consultants, and regulatory authorities.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the main point of contact between internal project managers and external vendors, preparing presentations and coordinating deliverables.
• Manage the full procurement cycle, from tendering to contract approval.
• Develop and maintain detailed project budgets, overseeing reallocations, change orders, commitments, expenditures, forecasts, and regular analysis.
• Lead scheduled project meetings, document tasks, and track progress.
• Coordinate architects, consultants, and contractors to ensure compliance with authority requirements.
• Liaise with relevant Singapore authorities to secure necessary approvals and expedite processes.
• Monitor project milestones, communicate status, issues, and mitigation plans to stakeholders.

Required profile

• Degree in Real Estate, Architecture, Construction, or a related field.
• Architectural background; PMP certification is an advantage.
• Minimum 8 years of experience in property development with strong knowledge of Singapore real‑estate regulations.
• Familiarity with authority submissions, local codes, and regulatory procedures in Singapore.
