Project Manager

About the role

The Project Manager will lead technical projects that span software, mechanical and operations disciplines. Reporting to senior leadership, the role involves frequent interaction with clients, internal stakeholders and multidisciplinary teams to ensure successful delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Lead planning and execution of technical tasks across software, mechanical and operations teams.
• Coordinate engineering activities to meet all technical requirements of projects and contracts.
• Track progress, timelines and technical deliverables, aligning them with schedule and budget constraints.
• Manage compliance with technical specifications throughout the project lifecycle.
• Prepare and deliver technical reports, updates and presentations to internal and external stakeholders.
• Translate complex engineering data into clear, executive‑level insights.
• Document meeting minutes, capturing key technical discussions, decisions and follow‑ups.
• Identify technical risks early and develop mitigation or workaround strategies.
• Support testing, validation and deployment phases by ensuring readiness of technical deliverables and documentation.

Required profile

• Strong communication skills for interacting with clients, senior leadership and multidisciplinary teams.
• Ability to work both in‑office and in dynamic operational environments.
• Detail‑oriented with a focus on risk identification and mitigation.
