Project Manager

About the role

SoftwareOne is looking for a Project Manager to lead complex IT, cloud, digital transformation and Data & AI projects. You will work within the Delivery organization, collaborating closely with architects, technical consultants and customer stakeholders to ensure high‑quality solutions are delivered on time, on budget and to the required standards.

Key responsibilities

• Manage projects end‑to‑end from initiation through closure, ensuring scope, schedule, budget and quality objectives are met.
• Act as the primary point of contact for customers, internal teams and external partners.
• Coordinate cross‑functional and geographically distributed teams, driving accountability across workstreams.
• Monitor project progress, risks, issues and financial performance, providing regular governance and status reporting.
• Identify opportunities to strengthen customer relationships and support business growth.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing IT, cloud, digital transformation or Data & AI projects.
• Track record delivering customer engagements in a consulting or services environment.
• Strong expertise in scope, schedule, cost, risk, quality, resource and stakeholder management.
• Solid understanding of project governance, financial management and delivery best practices.
• Ability to lead cross‑functional, geographically distributed teams in a fast‑paced, customer‑focused setting.
