Project Manager – Property Development

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead property development projects from conception through hand‑over. The role involves coordinating all stakeholders, ensuring quality, safety and timely delivery while managing budgets and regulatory compliance.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, execute and deliver construction projects from start to completion.
• Coordinate consultants, contractors, suppliers and authorities to maintain project progress.
• Monitor site activities, quality, safety, schedules and costs.
• Prepare project reports, documentation, budgets and approval submissions.
• Manage contracts, payment claims, variation orders and project risks.
• Conduct site inspections and resolve technical, operational and construction issues.
• Oversee project handover, defect rectification and close‑out activities.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory, statutory and company requirements.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing construction projects and site operations from start to finish.
• Hands‑on experience coordinating contractors, consultants and project stakeholders.
• Background in property development or real‑estate development.
• Familiarity with construction regulations, authority submissions and compliance requirements.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Revit for design coordination and project documentation.
