Project Manager/Director – Hospital Construction

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager/Director to lead the delivery of hospital construction projects in South‑Queenstown. You will ensure that each project meets healthcare regulations, quality standards, and client expectations.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end delivery of hospital construction projects, from inception to handover.
• Develop and control project plans, budgets, schedules and resource allocation.
• Coordinate architects, engineers, contractors and hospital stakeholders to achieve milestones.
• Conduct risk assessments, implement mitigation strategies and enforce safety and statutory requirements.
• Review and approve architectural and construction plans, specifications and procurement documents.
• Prepare progress reports, documentation and handover packages for senior management and clients.
• Mentor and manage project teams, fostering collaboration and continuous improvement.
• Oversee commissioning, close‑out and transition to facility operations, addressing defects promptly.

Required profile

• Degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, Construction Management or a related discipline.
• Minimum 10 years of local project management experience, preferably in the healthcare sector.
• Proven track record managing large‑scale, complex construction projects from start to finish.
• Strong knowledge of Singapore construction codes, healthcare regulations and safety practices.
