Project Specification Manager – Technical Manager

About the role

The Project Specification Manager / Technical Manager will act as the bridge between design professionals and our construction solutions, ensuring our products are specified in upcoming projects. Based in Singapore, you will work closely with architects, engineers, and consultants to drive technical adoption and support sales initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with architects, structural consultants, quantity surveyors and other design professionals.
• Prepare and present technical proposals, engineering calculations, compliance documents and design recommendations.
• Provide technical support on product applications and ensure compliance with local and international standards.
• Collaborate with the engineering team to develop customized technical solutions and supporting documentation.
• Identify new project opportunities, engage consultants and project owners, and secure product specifications.
• Monitor projects from design through tender stages to guarantee product inclusion.
• Work with the sales team to transition specifications into project execution.
• Deliver technical presentations, CPD seminars and product workshops for consultants and clients.
• Maintain accurate project updates and sales opportunities in the CRM system.

Required profile

• Diploma or higher in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Architecture, Marketing or a related discipline.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in specification sales or specification engineering within the construction or building‑materials industry.
• Strong understanding of construction project sales and the building‑materials supply chain.
