Public Relations Communications Executive

About the role

Marie Wee LLP is seeking a full‑time Public Relations Communications Executive to join its hybrid team in Singapore. The role involves planning and executing lifestyle‑focused PR campaigns, drafting press releases, and managing day‑to‑day media relations with journalists, influencers and key stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement compelling PR narratives for lifestyle and purpose‑driven brands.
• Write, edit and distribute press releases and other communication materials.
• Coordinate interviews, events and special initiatives that align with client values.
• Monitor media coverage, prepare regular PR performance reports and analyse results.
• Support content creation for digital and social platforms, ensuring consistent messaging.
• Collaborate closely with the founder and clients to respond to media inquiries and position brands effectively in target markets.

Required profile

• Strong public relations and media relations experience, including managing press interactions.
• Excellent writing skills with the ability to craft clear, engaging press releases.
• Proven communication abilities across presentation, storytelling and stakeholder engagement.
• Experience planning and supporting PR campaigns and events, including logistics and follow‑up reporting.
• Interest or experience in lifestyle, consumer or social impact sectors is advantageous.
• Relevant diploma or degree in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, Marketing or a related field preferred.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a hybrid environment with strong time‑management and attention to detail.
• Comfort with digital tools, social media platforms and basic analytics to support communication strategy.
