Purchaser (Part‑Time)

About the role

We are looking for a part‑time Purchaser to support our supply chain operations on Jurong Island, Singapore. The role involves sourcing vendors, managing purchase orders and ensuring timely delivery of materials for our projects.

Key responsibilities

• Sourcing vendors to ensure capability, costing, capacity and on‑time delivery.
• Evaluating and negotiating contract terms on pricing and product quality.
• Maintaining updated records of purchased products, delivery information and invoices.
• Performing data entry on incoming materials and verifying delivery orders, purchase orders and related documentation for finance processing.
• Co‑ordinating with suppliers and site supervisors to track orders and ensure timely delivery.
• Handling overseas shipments, preparing packing lists for the project team and confirming correct quantities on site.
• Matching purchase orders, delivery orders and invoices, raising queries for any discrepancies.
• Maintaining a robust PO system and updating supplier, price and product information periodically.

Required profile

• Executive‑level candidate able to work Monday‑Friday, 9 am‑1 pm.
