Purchasing & Stock Planning Executive

About the role

The Purchasing & Stock Planning Executive will support the day‑to‑day administrative operations of a healthcare company based in Ubi, Singapore. You will be responsible for managing procurement activities, maintaining accurate inventory records, and liaising with both internal teams and external suppliers, including factories in China.

Key responsibilities

• Use Microsoft Excel and Outlook to record purchasing data, track orders and communicate with stakeholders.
• Execute purchasing and demand‑forecasting activities to keep inventory levels aligned with business needs.
• Monitor inventory accuracy and ensure stock availability for operational requirements.
• Operate PC‑based software to perform administrative tasks and keep records up‑to‑date.
• Adapt quickly to new processes and systems to improve workflow efficiency.
• Maintain high reliability and attention to detail to guarantee data consistency.
• Communicate clearly in English and Chinese with suppliers and factories in China.

Required profile

• Strong administrative aptitude with a focus on accuracy.
• Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines.
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese.
• Willingness to learn new tools and processes.
