QAQC Engineer

About the role

We are looking for a QAQC Engineer to lead quality assurance and control activities on construction projects. The successful candidate will independently assess site work, identify non‑conformities and drive corrective actions to ensure compliance with project specifications and standards.

Key responsibilities

• Report non‑conformities, perform root‑cause analysis and propose corrective actions.
• Conduct independent quality‑assurance checks on the project site.
• Identify and assess potential risks arising from workplace or work processes.
• Maintain daily QA/QC practices through regular inspections and checks.
• Inspect in‑progress and completed works to verify conformity with specifications and approved drawings.
• Monitor corrective actions and drive process improvements.
• Manage subcontractors to clear defects and achieve required CONQUAS targets.

Required profile

• Minimum degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in quality control on local construction projects.
• Ability to work independently and resourcefully.
• Willingness to work alternate Saturdays.
