QAQC Engineer – Junior (Construction)

About the role

We are seeking a motivated QAQC Engineer to join our construction team across Singapore. The role involves ensuring that all architectural and structural works meet the required quality standards before they are handed over for final inspection.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct pre‑inspections of work prior to joint inspections with the Building and Construction Authority (BCA).
• Prepare and submit inspection requests for each project.
• Compile, review, and submit QAQC documentation and records to clients.
• Liaise with clients to resolve any quality‑control issues that arise during the project.
• Audit construction activities and verify compliance with architectural and structural specifications.
• Review inspection reports to ensure they meet regulatory and project standards.

Required profile

• Diploma or degree in Quality Assurance Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a QAQC role within the building construction industry.
• Holding a CONQUAS Manager Certificate.
