Quality Assurance Specialist

About the role

The Quality Assurance Specialist will drive a culture of quality excellence, innovation and sustainability across the organization. You will ensure compliance with integrated management systems, support continuous improvement initiatives and act as a champion for customer satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in fostering a quality‑focused culture and promote continuous improvement of processes.
• Maintain Integrated Management System (IMS) compliance with ISO 9001, ISO 14001, HSA, GMP, Halal and customer requirements.
• Prepare and coordinate Management Review meetings and report IMS performance to top management.
• Manage document control, including procedure reviews and SharePoint‑based IMS documentation.
• Plan, conduct and report internal and external audits following ISO 19011 guidelines.
• Evaluate quality deviations, initiate corrective and preventive actions, and audit external providers.
• Collect and analyse customer feedback, monitor satisfaction, and drive problem‑resolution actions.
• Develop and maintain quality data management systems, applying statistical analysis to monitor performance.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Science or Engineering (Quality Management, Cosmetic Science, Chemistry, Pharmacy or related fields).
• 2 + years of experience in quality‑related functions preferred; fresh graduates are also encouraged to apply.
• Strong understanding of QA tools, concepts and methodologies.

Required skills

• ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 19011 standards.
• Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) and Halal certification knowledge.
• Document control using SharePoint.
• Audit planning and execution.
• CAPA implementation.
• Statistical analysis and data‑driven performance monitoring.
