Quality Assurance Specialist

About the role

As a Quality Assurance Specialist you will support the implementation and maintenance of ISO 9001 quality standards across operations, logistics and sales. You will use continuous‑improvement methods to eliminate waste and ensure product and process compliance.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate QA, QC and batch record information to disposition raw materials, work‑in‑process and finished goods.
• Maintain an effective system for Certificate of Analysis (CoA) generation, including specification review and data analysis.
• Act as subject‑matter expert for one or more quality systems within the business unit.
• Communicate with production, maintenance, warehouse and other functions to optimize processes, prevent problems and apply best practices across sites.
• Develop, review and revise metrics that monitor key plant quality control points.
• Lead organizational change initiatives, resolve quality issues through material review boards, and support internal and external audits.
• Write, revise and review work instructions, training tools and forms.
• Ensure compliance with safety procedures and complete all assigned training.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Science or Engineering.
• 2‑4 years of experience in a quality role supporting manufacturing with ISO 9001 compliance.
• Strong statistical analysis and quantitative problem‑solving abilities.
• Experience developing sophisticated measurement techniques for complex parts.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
