Quality Audit Manager

About the role

The Quality Audit Manager will support the Global Audit System Manager in executing external certification and internal audit programmes across Satair’s global footprint. Reporting to HO Management System & Surveillance, the role ensures compliance with aviation industry standards and drives continuous improvement.

Key responsibilities

• Co‑lead the development and execution of the annual internal audit plan, ensuring alignment with mandatory requirements such as POA, MOA, AS91xx series and other regulations.
• Execute internal audits across global sites, prepare assignment letters, understand audited organisations and define scope and auditees.
• Coordinate internal audit reporting, maintain performance dashboards and drive continuous improvement of audit methodologies.
• Co‑lead the external certification plan, identifying appropriate scopes and processes for certification audits.
• Develop and document business processes in the Airbus Business Management System (BMS) and Satair Company Management System (CMS), and support project initiatives like the Material Management Industrialisation Platform.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Logistics, Economics or a related field.
• At least 3 years of experience in quality management, preferably as an AS91xx internal auditor.
• Strong analytical ability, problem‑solving skills and the capacity to see the bigger picture.
• Excellent English communication skills and the ability to work effectively across multicultural teams.
• Commitment to integrity and awareness of compliance risks.

Required skills

• AS91xx Internal Auditor experience.
• Knowledge of EASA Part 21 fundamentals.
• Knowledge of EASA Part 145 fundamentals.
• Familiarity with EN91xx series fundamentals.
• Technical understanding of the aviation industry.
