Quality Control Inspector & Equipment Technician

About the role

The role combines quality control inspection of incoming, in‑process and finished products with equipment maintenance duties in a regulated cleanroom environment. You will ensure products meet specifications, maintain QC records, and keep inspection equipment in optimal condition.

Key responsibilities

• Perform visual, dimensional and functional inspections of parts, materials, packaging and labeling.
• Document inspection results, ensure traceability and prepare quality records.
• Identify recurring quality issues and support corrective actions.
• Maintain, clean and calibrate QC instruments such as microscopes and gauges.
• Comply with Controlled Environment Room (CER) protocols, including gowning and hygiene.
• Assist the QC Executive with documentation and preventive maintenance tasks.
• Maintain spare‑part inventory and schedule third‑party servicing for mechanical/electrical equipment.
• Provide service reports to document control and support non‑conformance and MRB activities.

Required profile

• Minimum GCE "N" level; diploma preferred.
• At least one year of QC inspection experience in medical device, pharmaceutical or life‑sciences environments.
• Ability to work independently in a cleanroom setting without medical restrictions.
