Quality Engineer (Healthcare Division)

About the role

The Quality Engineer will support the Healthcare Division by implementing, maintaining, and continuously improving the Quality Management System. This role ensures compliance with company standards and customer requirements while driving operational effectiveness.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in implementing, maintaining, and improving the Quality Management System, including documentation updates.
• Manage quality control processes to ensure compliance with internal standards and customer specifications.
• Review processes and workflows to enhance operational efficiency.
• Conduct regular audits and compliance checks, identify improvement areas, and monitor corrective and preventive actions.
• Support external audits, analyze findings, and propose improvement plans.
• Ensure corrective actions are adequate and analyze quality records for adverse trends.
• Liaise with internal and external parties on quality‑related issues.
• Plan and deliver quality‑related training or briefings as needed.
• Participate in client engagement projects, tender bidding, and other tasks assigned by the supervisor.

Required profile

• Degree or Diploma in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering from a recognized institution.
• Preferably 2 years of experience for degree holders or 5 years for diploma holders.
• ISO 9001 Internal Auditor certification preferred.
• Proficiency in MS Office applications.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Resourceful problem‑solving ability and self‑motivation.
