Quality Management System Engineer

About the role

We are looking for a Quality Management System Engineer to drive the implementation and continuous improvement of our QMS in line with top‑management strategies. The role ensures that our processes meet strategic goals, maintain customer focus and comply with relevant standards.

Key responsibilities

• Align the Quality Management System with corporate strategic objectives and assign clear responsibilities.
• Monitor QMS performance, prepare reports for senior management and ensure process compliance.
• Work with Process Owners and Department Managers to guarantee that processes deliver intended outputs and manage associated risks.
• Verify departmental adherence to procedures, identify quality issues and champion customer satisfaction.
• Develop and maintain organisational charts, job descriptions and procedural documentation.
• Plan, organise and conduct internal and external ISO 9001/14001 and product safety (UL/TUV) audits.
• Support company‑wide Workplace Safety & Health initiatives and CTPAT activities.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience in Quality Management System activities.
• Hands‑on knowledge of ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 standards.
• Experience conducting product safety audits (UL/TUV).
• Familiarity with CTPAT requirements.
• Understanding of Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) practices.
• Background in an electronics manufacturing environment.
