About the role

We are seeking a Quantity Surveyor to join NEWSOLUTION CONSTRUCTION & MATERIAL TRADING PTE. LTD. in Singapore. The role involves managing project financials, contracts, and procurement to ensure successful project delivery.

Key responsibilities

  • Prepare and submit progress claims to track project financial status.
  • Administer contracts to ensure compliance with terms and conditions.
  • Coordinate engineering design details to align with project requirements.
  • Finalize project accounts to accurately reflect costs and revenues.
  • Organize subcontractors and site staff to optimize work schedules and productivity.
  • Procure materials and arrange equipment to support project execution.
  • Communicate effectively with clients, engineers, and architects to resolve issues and align expectations.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned by Senior Contracts Manager, Contracts Manager, Assistant Contracts Manager, or Project Manager.

Required profile

  • Professional level.
  • Willingness to perform additional duties as assigned by senior management.
