Quantity Surveyor

About the role

B+W Builders Private Limited is seeking a full‑time, on‑site Quantity Surveyor to join its high‑performance construction and interior fit‑out team in Singapore. You will be responsible for preparing and reviewing Bills of Quantities, supporting tender preparation, and evaluating contractor and supplier quotations throughout the project lifecycle.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare, review and update Bills of Quantities (BOQ) and tender documentation.
• Monitor project costs, prepare cost plans, budgets and cost reports.
• Track variations, certify work and ensure accurate measurement and valuation.
• Coordinate with project managers, site teams and subcontractors to maintain cost control.
• Contribute to value engineering and support commercial negotiations.
• Ensure compliance with contractual and regulatory requirements.

Required profile

• Academic qualification in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, Civil Engineering or related field.
• Practical experience in cost control, cost reporting and cost planning for building and interior fit‑out projects, preferably in Singapore.
• Ability to interpret drawings and specifications with strong numerical accuracy.
• Excellent communication and coordination skills in a fast‑paced, project‑driven environment.
