Quantity Surveyor

About the role

We are seeking a proactive Quantity Surveyor to join our team in Singapore. The role involves managing cost estimation, tender documentation and contract administration for construction and interior fit‑out projects.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare cost estimates, Bills of Quantities (BQ), tender documents and quotations.
• Source, evaluate and compare quotations from subcontractors and suppliers.
• Assist in tender submissions and evaluations.
• Prepare progress claims, variation orders and final accounts.
• Monitor project costs and budgets throughout the project lifecycle.
• Support procurement and material costing activities.
• Liaise with clients, consultants, subcontractors and suppliers on contractual matters.
• Maintain proper project documentation and records.
• Support contract administration and cost control.
• Attend project meetings and site visits as required.

Required profile

• Diploma or Degree in Quantity Surveying, Building, Construction Management or related discipline.
• Minimum 3 years of Singapore‑based experience as a Quantity Surveyor.
• Experience in construction or interior fit‑out projects.
• Ability to handle both pre‑contract and post‑contract works.
• Good knowledge of construction contracts, tendering, cost control and contract administration.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Experience with quantity surveying or costing software.
• Knowledge of Bluebeam (preferred).
• Familiarity with ARIBA system and GeBIZ tender submission (preferred).
