R&D EDA Operating Manager

About the role

Keysight is looking for a dynamic R&D Manager to lead its Electronic Design Automation (EDA) team in Singapore. You will oversee a multidisciplinary group of software, RF, and high‑speed digital engineers, driving the development of cutting‑edge simulation software and ensuring delivery of high‑quality products.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and grow a high‑performing EDA engineering team.
• Define architecture, development roadmap, and delivery of EDA and simulation software.
• Establish priorities, goals, and execution plans aligned with product roadmaps.
• Collaborate with global R&D, product management, marketing, QA, and customer support.
• Champion Agile development practices and continuously improve engineering processes.
• Leverage AI technologies and modern software engineering practices to boost productivity and innovation.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s, Master’s or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering or a related field.
• 8+ years of software development experience with proven technical leadership.
• Track record of delivering enterprise‑grade software products.
• Strong understanding of NPI processes, Agile methodologies and the software development lifecycle.
• Demonstrated ability to hire, mentor, and develop engineering talent.
