About the role

ScienTec Consulting is seeking a driven, people‑oriented Recruitment Consultant to join its award‑winning team in HarbourFront. You will act as the bridge between talented candidates and client organisations, helping both achieve their career and hiring goals.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the end‑to‑end recruitment cycle, from sourcing and screening to placement and onboarding.
• Interpret client hiring requirements and develop tailored talent acquisition strategies.
• Conduct interviews, assess candidate fit, and coordinate interview schedules.
• Negotiate offers and facilitate smooth onboarding processes.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with both clients and candidates.
• Achieve individual and team targets for placements and revenue.
